I am looking for a 3BR house to rent in the Santa Cruz area. I am a student at Cabrillo studying Marketing/Advertising. I am moving in with 2 other roommates that keep to themselves and are very laid back but hard working. Have been looking for a little while now on craigslist and the newspaper but havent found anything yet. I wanted to pay like $1800 for a 3BR but all i have found are like $2100 and up. The Santa Cruz market is so high and almost impossible for a full time student/full time worker. If anyone has a home that they have for rent or were thinking or renting, or possibly have a friend, let me know, it would really help.
